Abstract

Desde la Facultad de Comunicación de la Universidad de Piura, concretamente desde el Área de Comunicación Internacional, la profesora Luisa Portugal Sánchez lanza una nueva propuesta en el ejercicio de los asuntos diplomáticos. Se trata del libro "Diplomacia Pública en el Perú: el agregado de prensa y el agregado de cultura". Una reflexión y alcances para quienes tienen el encargo de llevar al exterior la imagen social y cultural de nuestro país.
