Abstract

In the following text, Consuelo Cepeda gives an account of the singularities which define her job as head of the Television Viewers Protection Office of Colombian RCN Channel. Regardless of the difficulties she faces, she acknowledges the fact that her job is rather enriching and that current Colombian television cannot be thought of without the presence of an ombudsman.
