The triangle that sustains the confidence in the relation between people, within and outside an organisation, is made of veracity (to say what is thought), involvement (to live what is said), and integrity (coherence amongst actions and thought). The manager activities: diagnosis, decision and control, are improved by the own qualities of the person directing a given company. The integrity is a fundamental aspect to realise correctly management actions. The integrity of communications practice within a company is a derive characteristic of the integrate being that wields it.
