Abstract

Desde que en setiembre del año pasado prohibió Estados Unidos la exportación del precioso metal, se ha hablado y escrito tánto sobre el asunto en todos los países afectados por esta medida que el tema debería estar ya completamente agotado.

Author Biography

  • Carlos Ledgard

    Carlos Ledgard Neuhaus nació en Tacna en 1877 y fue cónsul honorario de Alemania en el Perú y  embajador peruano en Argentina. Durante el gobierno de Manuel Prado, en los años de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se convirtió en director del Banco Wiese.
