Abstract

En el Metamorphoses of the City, Pierre Manent, el eminente científico político francés, procura corregir esta suposición falsa. Contemplando el pensamiento político occidental de los griegos antiguos hasta la unión europea, Manent demuestra cómo la forma política –aunque ignorada con demasiada frecuencia por los científicos políticos modernos– le presta combustible al motor de la historia humana.
