Abstract

La relevancia de la presente monografía para la historiografía y la filosofía jurídica se relaciona con la oportunidad que supone la conmemoración del bicentenario de los primeros movimientos independentistas chilenos que se inscriben en la época denominada Patria Vieja, que abarca el período de tiempo comprendido entre los años 1810 y 1814.
