The culture of training and the formulation of objectives as a key for the competitiveness

Certainly the countries more trained are potentially more competitive and prosperous. This article has as aim emphasizes that opposite to a changeable and unpredictable environment training must appear as a commitment. Training favors the permanent update and the adjustment to the environment, being necessary to create a learning culture. So also, it highlights the need to take care of the formulation of the formative aims. These aims are only for every company, and every organization will have to make concrete his difficulties to correct them with the training. Thus, training is the route to learning.
