Simetría y asimetría en la comunicación educativa mediada por inteligencia artificial: marco multinivel para el análisis crítico fotográfico

Resumen

Propósito. Este estudio cualitativo exploratorio investiga los patrones de simetría y asimetría en la comunicación educativa mediada por inteligencia artificial dentro de la educación de la crítica fotográfica, a partir de un artefacto de IA basado en el Modelo Hermenéutico e Interdisciplinario Sociosemiótico para la Crítica Fotográfica (Modelo MAVIA). Metodología. Se implementó el uso del artefacto de IA entre 128 estudiantes universitarios de cursos de fotografía y producción audiovisual. Con base en el análisis temático reflexivo (Braun y Clarke, 2019, 2021) y con apoyo cuantitativo descriptivo, se desarrolló un marco analítico multinivel que examina tres dimensiones: simetría estructural en el diseño del sistema, simetría epistemológica en la co-construcción de conocimiento humano-IA, y asimetría adaptativa en la diferenciación de usuarios. Resultados y conclusiones. Los resultados demuestran altas tasas de adopción (94%) y valoraciones positivas (68%). Emergieron tres perfiles de usuario con necesidades asimétricas: Académico (40%), Pragmático (35%) y Artístico (25%). El estudio identificó una paradoja pedagógica en la que la profundidad analítica constituyó simultáneamente la principal fortaleza y la crítica principal. El desarrollo de una conciencia metacrítica (78%) sugiere una calibración epistemológica percibida en la colaboración humano-IA. Aportes originales. Se propone un marco teórico de simetría multinivel que ofrece una contribución novedosa para el diseño y evaluación de entornos de comunicación educativa mediados por IA, que equilibren el rigor teórico con experiencias educativas personalizadas.
